As an Inventory Management Associate, you’ll have a great opportunity to join a young company who is already establishing themselves as a leader in mobile advertising with our innovative approach and an easy-to-use product for our end consumers (brands). We give marketers the tools they need to effectively reach their audiences with best in class mobile creative, created by yours truly at Big Happy! The Inventory Management Associate will be responsible for supporting and delivering strategy and campaign management efforts across our programmatic campaigns. You’ll work with the larger Big Happy team to execute best in class mobile campaigns while being a huge part of our start-up team. You’ll be an integral part of helping Big Happy scale even faster by keeping our campaigns running smoothly and most importantly, our clients happy. 

The most important qualities we’re looking for in a candidate is the ability to “run with it.” This candidate should be a strategic problem solver and analytical thinker who will be able to work across Big Happy’s inventory and supply to ensure optimal outcomes for brands. This is someone who, above all else, loves a challenge and gets things done. This person enjoys the start-up life and the ability to make their mark on a team. Candidates should possess exceptional analytical, writing, and verbal skills. We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves– challenging the data, asking the hard questions, and weighing information under uncertainty. Intellectual curiosity and deep attention to detail are musts. 

This is a full-time role with a competitively paid salary and benefits, as well as the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus payouts based on company success.

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

  • Strategic and out-of-the-box thinkers who are creative and will help deliver results for our clients

  • Data driven and likes to analyze and provide critical insights to data and advertising

  • Eager to understand digital marketing and publisher inventory and how it affects the AdTech supply chain


  • Pull inventory and pacing reports to ensure success for internal stakeholders

  • Help to traffick and run Managed Services Campaigns and manage pacing/optimizations

  • Work with cross-functional projects related to inventory management and support

  • Help strategize and create hypothesis around specific inventory sources and performance across all Big Happy campaigns

  • Work to understand viewability and performance across publishers and provide POV’s

  • Help manage and closely monitor deal health and inclusion/exclusion lists to ensure optimal delivery and ensure these lists are updated and current for all Big Happy campaigns

  • Work across publishing partners to troubleshoot if needed


  • 1-2+ years of experience

  • Strong knowledge of business operations and inventory management a plus

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

  • Willingness to learn media planning tactics and programmatic/ad tech landscape

  • Ability to work out of NYC office 3+ days a week
    BA/BS required
