Job Summary:

Big Happy is looking for a high-energy Senior Account Executive to support new business growth and expand awareness of our proprietary ad platform to cutting-edge brands and media agencies. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for building and nurturing a book of business, developing new agency relationships, and supporting existing client growth. This is a great opportunity for a seller with a few solid years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a high-performing, creative sales environment.

The Position & Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach and relationship-building with key brand and agency contacts
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with support from leadership
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to create tailored mobile media recommendations
  • Contribute to building a rich pipeline through thoughtful prospecting and outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams across design, client services, and business intelligence to ensure campaign success
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline and forecast
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, client shifts, and new opportunities in the market
  • Communicate learnings and client feedback back to the Director of Sales and leadership team

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably with a focus on mobile, creative tech, or programmatic
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and client relationship management
  • Solid understanding of the media ecosystem, including agency holdcos, programmatic partners, and creative platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to both brand and agency audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Boostr, Google Suite, Slack, ZOOM, and other general digital sales tools

Location:

Remote from Bentonville, Chicago, Dallas, or LA regions

Compensation:

Annual OTE from $160K-$200K*

*dependent on experience and location
