Job Description:
As a Strategic Agency Partnership Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of Big Happy's partnerships with agency holding companies. This role blends strategic leadership, relationship management, and business development to maximize the impact of Big Happy's solutions across agency portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define priorities and strategies to elevate Big Happy as the leading platform for mobile solutions.
- Agency Management: Own the financial performance of your agency portfolio, ensuring quarterly and annual partnership targets are met.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across holding companies, acting as the primary point of contact and thought leader.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, client services and product teams to align offerings with client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Education & Enablement: Develop and implement scaled learning programs across agency disciplines, including media, digital, and strategic planning, to enhance Big Happy employee knowledge and skills.
- Business Development: Lead new business efforts, including responding to RFPs, negotiating annual spend commitments, and identifying upselling opportunities to expand agency accounts.
- Performance Management: Track revenue performance and take corrective measures to optimize outcomes across agency portfolios.
- Innovation & Influence: Engage with internal stakeholders to influence product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market and client demands.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of strategic sales experience in media and/or AdTech OR 10+ years in an agency leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships, particularly within holding companies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging and influencing C-level clients.
- Strong quantitative skills paired with adept negotiation abilities.

Location:
- Midtown NYC + Hybrid WFH (3 days per week in office)
Salary:
- Total compensation starting at $220,000 per year
